CANCELLATION POLICY

At Hair And Beauty By Finlay, I have had to enforce A Cancellation Policy. I understand Circumstances change However, I now require at least 48 hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling you appointment. Anything less then 24hrs there will be a 35% charge of the final bill price. If this is not paid, I will not rebook any further appointments untill this is paid. When rebooking the next appointment, I will require the deposit prior to appointment to secure your space . I hope you can all understand, this is my full time job and income so late cancellations with no time to get other clients in is lost money. Thank You.
